Elke Calvert received her BFA in Dance from Chapman University in 2011, and her MFA in Dance from UC Irvine in June 2015. Through her thesis research she created “TheFyberVision”; a artist/ dance collective. She is an emerging contemporary modern choreographer based in California. She has been commissioned for her work in California and is most notably known for her work “Framed” that has been reset over 6 times, and won the Grand Prize Division II Choreography award in 2012 for the “Dancing Under the Stars” Choreography Festival in Palm Desert. Her passion is to refurbish the dance company business model in order to create new opportunities for dancers and artists. Her focus is to integrate the vision of live dance with visual art components in collaboration with her dancers and designers.
Kristin Rachel Neu is an emerging Southern California Lighting Designer. She has had the pleasure of working with such companies as The Santa Fe Opera, Great River Shakespeare Festival and The Chautauqua Theatre Company. A few of her favorite designs include; “Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson”, “The Liquid Plain” and “Dance Visions 2014” with the University of California Irvine as well as “Dairyland” and “The Guadalupe” with Chautauqua Theatre Company. She will be graduating from the University of California, Irvine in the summer of 2015 with her Master of Fine Arts Degree in Lighting Design. Mark Caspary is sound designer and composer with a diverse background in a variety of the arts. He is a trained multi-instrumentalist specializing in percussion, piano, and guitar. He has an undergraduate degree in Arts Technology from Illinois State University, and is an MFA (2015) candidate in sound design at the University of California, Irvine. Mark is proficient in content design and composition for many purposes including theater and studio. He is versed in sound system design and implementation through the use of industry standard computer applications including, Qlab, Protools, Live, Vetorworks and others. Utilizing his passion for collaboration, music, and design, Mark has been fortunate to design and assist for professional theaters as well as in the world of academia. Mark’s first love is bringing a creative spark which can be effectively integrated with the other design elements of a project. Mark lives for enjoyable and productive team interactions which fuel superior creative results. <>
